• Made to Order, Always. I don’t keep a stockpile of prints lying around. Each piece is freshly made just for you, so quality takes priority over speed.
  
  
• Two Trips, One Masterpiece. Your print takes a little journey—it ships to me first so I can add my personal touch with a wet signature (yes, straight from my hand, not a stamp!). Only then does it make its way to you.

• Embellished Prints Need Extra Love. If you ordered an embellished print, just know that Shaz’s magic takes time! ✨ These beauties require extra care, including hand-painted details and varnishing, so they may take up to two weeks longer before they’re ready to ship.
  
  
• Patience is a Virtue (and Appreciated). I know you’re excited, and trust me, I am too! But please, don’t email me three days after ordering asking for tracking info. Great things take time, and I want your print to be perfect.
